Hello, my name is Sean and I am the owner of Homesmith Custom Homes Inc.

I have been in business since April of 1999. When I first started my business,I did just about any kind of work available with the goal to build custom homes, which is why I chose my company name. As time passed, I built more and more decks, which I greatly enjoyed. Therefore, for the last 6 or 7 years I have focused my attention on building only Custom Homes and Decks.

I design and build all my decks. I use no subcontractors. I also have no sales people. You will speak to me directly through all phases of the construction process. If you ever have any questions or concerns I can be reached on my cell phone anytime.

When building a custom home it is obviously necessary to use sub-contractors.
I only use contractors who are fully insured and specialize in their respective field. I will directly oversee the sub crews and be the only person you will ever need to contact.

I cover a wide area including Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties in PA, central and south New Jersey and northern Delaware.
